It rotates a full 360 degrees, even after it has been installed, which makes it an excellent option for 90-degree connections where hose routing and clearance are tight, and its very low profile keeps the installed height to just 28.5mm (1.121in).

Radium designs these swiveling fittings for fuel rails, fuel surge tanks and other universal applications using an 8AN ORB (3/4"-16) port. They are suitable for high pressure fuel and oil systems up to 400psi, and are safe for use with all fuel types, oil and engine coolant.

Key Features

360° Swivel: Rotates a full 360 degrees, even after installation

Low Profile: Installed height of 28.5mm (1.121in), bottom installed surface to top

90-Degree Connection: 8AN ORB port to 16mm SAE quick connect male

High Pressure: Suitable for high pressure fuel and oil systems – do not exceed 400psi

Compatibility: Safe for use with all fuel types, oil and engine coolant

What's Included

1 x 20-1000-0816S Low Profile Swiveling Fitting (sold individually)

Important Notes

Do not exceed 400psi

When installing ORB fittings, lubricate the O-ring with O-ring lube, petroleum jelly or oil to prevent damage during assembly

Lubricate the mating SAE quick connect O-rings with a light amount of oil before installing

SAE quick connect size is determined by the outside diameter of the male fitting – measure the existing male fitting to confirm the size required

Hose, hose ends and other fittings are sold separately

Vehicle Fitment

Universal – any 8AN ORB (3/4"-16) port, such as fuel rails, fuel surge tanks and fuel pressure regulators

Not sure if this suits your vehicle?
